“We have seen that a large part of service delivery… it does not reach people at the end of the day, because the decision maker does not have full information.” (Poornima Dore, Tata Trusts)
We partnered with the Tata Trusts to drive micro-targeted development in the Chandrapur district of Maharashtra. With just 5% computer literacy, Chandrapur is one of the most backward districts in India. Hence, to ensure meaningful development against the odds, we tailor-made micro development plans for 290 villages.

“When you have numbers, figures and data in front of you, you stop shooting in the dark.” (Ashutosh Salil, IAS)
We are excited that our work in enabling data-driven governance in Chandrapur was featured in an Economic Times article in which Chandrapur district collector, Ashutosh Salil, and senior manager (programs) at Tata Trusts, Poornima Dore, share how data intelligence has helped them in creating impact through better-informed decisions. Check out the full article here.
